We met Marcia during a viewing of one of her listings and at the time had not decided to use a realtor. During that transaction there was alot of ups and downs and Marcia fought for us the whole way. After a year of testing other realtors and trying to buy privately we reached out to Marcia again as she had set the bar that high we couldn't see ourselves working with anyone else. We are rural individuals and did not wish to live anywhere else ,we had offers fall through and sellers back out and we were up against a hot market, searching in a high demand area. Marcia Never gave up on helping us to find the right home! I was put in contact with Marcia by chance when searching for a realtor in Thunder Bay. It took only a few minutes to be certain that she was who I wanted to work with. She listened to my expectations, was quick to respond and generous with her time. When we found the right house she was quick to make sure to make the deal at a good price. Couldn't recommend more.
