We used Marcus when searching for our house, and can't say enough good things about him! At the beginning of our search we had been using another prominent realtor from the local area, but had a bad experience as we felt they were not acting in our best interests. Switching to Marcus was the best decision we could have made - he took the time to understand us and our needs, and worked hard to help us find the perfect match for us. Marcus' integrity really stood out to us during the process, as we felt he was honest in his assessments of the options on the market and never tried to sell us on something that wasn't the right fit. He also has great knowledge of Victoria neighborhoods as well as the nuts and bolts of the real estate business. We would highly recommend Marcus to anyone looking to buy or sell a home in the greater Victoria area. 10/10!
