I reached out to Mark from his excellent reviews on this rankmyagent site and he did not disappoint. Mark is very responsive and thorough. He promptly return our calls, quickly setting up appointments, answered all our questions and was very accommodating to our availability. Our house buying experience went much easier than expected and that was totally due to his expertise. We highly recommend Mark.

We are older customers. Mark was always at our side to ensure we received a fair price for the home. He stuck with us to the end, providing manual labor to clean and close the sale. He was more than an agent, a true friend. No assistance we required was too much or too little. No other agent in our long lives has ever given a tenth of what Mark provided for us.

Mark is very perseverant and gets the job done. Very helpful and professional. He kept on searching the perfect apartment according to my preferences until it was finalized and did all the follow up formalities even after i received the keys. Gives honest advice, would highly recommend.

As I was looking for a bedroom apartment in Hamilton ontario. I saw an ad through a realtors application online . Set a time for me to go view a apartment in the area I'd like to live in . Meeting with Mark Garrett was as he is the realtor for the building I asked about items like available parking and a few small things I would need done to the apartment if I was to rent it . I left it in his hands to deal with the owner for approval and I recieved a phone call back the next day to be told the requests were to be done for me . So I filled out the rent application online and was accepted. If I ever need something done for the apartment he will make certain it will get completed within reason . He's very knowledgeable and friendly
