Mark was excellent in helping us from the preparation, searching, during contract negotiations and follow through even after closing to make sure everything went smoothly and continued to help monitor similar listings in our area to keep an eye on the market. I was throughly impressed with his insight of the changing market. He was the one to find and let us know of our place as soon as it hit the market. We quickly made a reasonable offer, so even though we had competing offers, I feel like his advice got us to get the deal without too much headache. We were on the sidelines for quite a long time but he was always very patient and helpful. Providing information and helped us narrow down what we liked. He negotiated a credit while reviewing the conditions. I didn’t even know we could do that so it was a great surprise for us. Thanks again Mark. I’m sure we will work together again in the future!
