Mark helped my partner and I purchase our first condo last month. His professionalism, hard work, and assistance was very much appreciated. He was able to find us quality listings in our price point that met our needs, which isn't always easy in Metro Vancouver, and set up viewings very quickly even during the Covid-19 pandemic. He helped us negotiate a price that we could afford, got us in contact with a great mortgage specialist, and certainly helped us navigate all of these signing processes and documents as a first-time home buyers. We both would wholeheartedly recommend anyone use Mark for their real estate needs and will hopefully be able to have Mark help us find a new home and sell this one when that time does come. My wife and I really enjoyed working with Mark during the course of selling our condo at UBC. Mark patiently guided us through the process from our initial decision making all the way to the completion of the sale. Mark is knowledgeable and professional. He spent a lot of time creating professional photos and an outstanding virtual tour of our condo which was a huge help in getting the attention of potential buyers. He patiently managed many showings and open houses over the course of a few months and guided us with proper preparation of our condo for the best possible presentation.
