Mark is a very pro-active agent. He helped us book pre-construction projects in Durham region without even lining up for them!! This was a big thing for us as we couldn’t spare time to actually line up for days. Thank you Mark!!

After dealing with many A-listing Real Brokers, decided to give him a try. Easily the biggest mistake of my life. Not only did he take our draft without properly ensuring us the property, he waited a couple days after he knew to inform us that he was not able to secure the unit. When we asked to pick up our draft, he left it outside his doorstep and made sly comments about hoping the raccoons don’t take it and run. Seriously, is this what he calls being a real estate agent??? Mind you, he left it outside his doorstep at 10pm after we told him we would pick it up the next day at noon. Anyone that wants proof of this, I have various screenshots of his behaviour, camera footage of him coming to our doorstep, etc. I don’t think he would let someone else leave his hard earned 25k on the street like that. 0/10.
