Beata and Martin were absolutely amazing in helping me to buy new home and quickly sell old property. Beata guided me through every step of the purchase including making sense of the legal documents, connecting to quality resources (home inspectors, lawyers) and keeping taps on the process. Martin offered amazing knowledge of the market trends, pricing, and buyers which let me sell my condo in two weeks at the time when the market was still sluggish! Both Beata and Martin were always available, dealt with a great expertise with the other side agents, and were always encouraging.
