I knew from the very beginning that Martin and Beata would be the best realtors to sell our house because of their familiarity and experience selling homes in our area. I reached out to them about a year before selling our place and they provided us with lots of useful info on renos to update our space. They kept in touch with us over the coming months keeping us updated on market trends and when the time came to put our pace on the market they were there every step of the way to walk us through the process. At a time when home sales were on the decline, they came to the table with a long list of creative ideas and were able to get us top dollar for our home within one week!! Amazing realtors but also just really nice people who know the industry well and really put your best interest at the forefront.
