We had the pleasure of working with Mary after our daughter and son in law recommended her to us, after she helped them with the purchase of their new home. We are so grateful they did! After retiring, we decided to relocate from Montreal to Kingston to be closer to family. Mary’s extensive knowledge of the Kingston area was a great help to us. We were also in a time crunch, as we only had three weeks to move out of our previous home. Mary took us on a whirlwind tour of houses, and we found our new home in one day! Mary was very calm, kind and patient throughout the entire process, always taking our needs into consideration. She was always sure to address any concerns we had. Her enthusiasm and confidence turned what could have been a very stressful situation into a positive one. We are so happy with the outcome, and are loving Kingston more each day. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Mary to anyone in need of a great realtor, who really knows her stuff! It was a joy working with her!

From multiple showings and options, to negotiating the deal and closing, Mary is honest, personable and works for what is best for you. It is nice to work with professionals who care.
