I highly recommend Matt! He helped with renting out our condo and made the process so simple for us, laying out exactly what needed to be done. He facilitated professional photos of ohr condo, helping it stand out in a saturated market, and leading us to finding a great tenant within a week of listing (and at a price we were very happy with!). Matt was fantastic and we will be using him for future realestate needs.

Where to begin? The team at KrauseMorris Remax Realty is absolutely amazing, and if you are not using them to either buy or sell a house with, then you're a fool!!! As for Matt, himself, he's a real go getter, and not just someone to sit idle!!! I can't believe how quickly he sold my house, it floored me, and none of my friends could believe it either!!! If I ever meet someone in the future looking to buy a house in the Halton Hills area, I'll be turning them over to Matt for sure!!!
