I HAVE BOUGHT AND SOLD 4 HOUSES, AND THIS IS THE FIRST TIME THAT I HAVE BEEN COMFORTABLE, WITH ANY AGENT. MATT QUINN WAS VERY EASY TO WORK WITH,WE TOLD HIM WHAT WE WERE, LOOKING FOR, IT DID TAKE A LITTLE WHILE, AND HE CAME ACROSS PERFECTLY, I AM VERY HAPPY AND SATISFIED.I WOULD RECOMEND VERY HIGHLY. I WOULD GIVE HIM A 10.

Matt did an incredible job representing me and my brother for our first home purchase. During the entire process, he exemplified the highest standards of professionalism and etiquette. He was knowledgeable, punctual, informative, committed, and, most importantly, incredibly patient. At no point during our home search journey did we ever feel any pressure to commit to a property. Rather, Matt continued to offer his services until my brother and I found the perfect home that matched our price range and agreed with our tastes. Moreover, when the time came to submit an offer on a potential property of interest, Matt had our best interests in mind, and promptly notified us if there was anything in the agreement that was not to our advantage. We feel incredibly fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with Matt. Lastly, to any prospective buyer/seller/renter who is looking for an agent to represent them, you will be in very good hands if you go with Matt.

An awesome experience working with Matt. He made my buying experience really smooth, and answered any questions I had. He was super responsive by phone and text at all hours which was super helpful because of my strange schedule. If there was anything I needed info on, he researched it and provided me with the details so I didn't have to spend the time doing the digging myself. Overall a 5-star real estate agent, definitely will be calling him up again for my next home purchase.

Matt is PHENOMENAL! There is no one else we trust more when it comes to real estate. When we started looking at cottages; Matt was there offering guidance and making it the best and smoothest experience. He offered expert advice (many more things to consider than a standard home) through negotiations and protected us in the legal contracts. He works effectively, communicates well and truly cares about the outcome. We were blown away once again at how smooth Matt made the process feel… he was amazing! Because of Matt, we were able to buy our dream cottage. If you want an agent with a big heart, the knowledge and negotiation strength…. He’s your man! Couldn’t be happier to have Matt on our side.

Matt is a truly one of the best out there. He not only exceeded our expectations for the sale, but had us in shock with selling within hours on the listing date. There were multiple listings in our building not selling. Matt and his team staged and listed the condo so well, (including such a professional video tour), that our buyers made an offer without even visiting in person. We nicknamed him “Same day Matty”. Whatever he touches turns to gold!

As first-time home buyers we had a ton of questions about everything from, the details of the home, how the process works, what to look for in a good neighbourhood, etc. Matt was not only able to answer all of our questions but went above and beyond in making sure we had all the necessary resources to make an educated decision on where and when to enter the market. The two of us couldn't be happier in the home we purchased and can't give Matt enough credit for sticking with us though multiple viewings and stressful blind bidding. We will definitely be recommending Matt to our friends and family, especially the first time buyers as he has a great understanding of the market, an incredible team supporting him and impressive knowledge of the GTA and surrounding areas taking the stress out of buying a home. We hope to do business again with Matt and his team and can't wait to make our new house a home.
