Matt is a truly one of the best out there. He not only exceeded our expectations for the sale, but had us in shock with selling within hours on the listing date. There were multiple listings in our building not selling. Matt and his team staged and listed the condo so well, (including such a professional video tour), that our buyers made an offer without even visiting in person. We nicknamed him “Same day Matty”. Whatever he touches turns to gold!

As first-time home buyers we had a ton of questions about everything from, the details of the home, how the process works, what to look for in a good neighbourhood, etc. Matt was not only able to answer all of our questions but went above and beyond in making sure we had all the necessary resources to make an educated decision on where and when to enter the market. The two of us couldn't be happier in the home we purchased and can't give Matt enough credit for sticking with us though multiple viewings and stressful blind bidding. We will definitely be recommending Matt to our friends and family, especially the first time buyers as he has a great understanding of the market, an incredible team supporting him and impressive knowledge of the GTA and surrounding areas taking the stress out of buying a home.
