Meagan was very knowledgeable about the market and how we could get the best price for the home. She held an open house as well as individual walk throughs. She created a bidding war but was fair to us as sellers as well as the buyers. Meagan was very thorough and sold the in two weeks. She also advised on how to stage the home to create a comfortable spacious atmosphere. She was quick to close the deal to help the process move forward. Meagan also sent a thank you note and a generous gift card for a dinner at a local family restaurant.

She made a potentially very stressful situation actually enjoyable!
