When we first started looking for a home in thunder bay Meagan was the listing agent on a house that we wanted to view. When we arrived at the house Meagan was very friendly and quickly introduced herself, we felt at ease with her right away. We were on holidays for about 10 days and Meagan made sure she was available anytime we wanted to view houses. After we returned home to Hamilton we had planned with Meagan for her to keep looking & sending us new listings and when we liked what we saw on the MLS listing website Meagan would go see the property herself to see if it would be a good fit for us. Because of our special request for the home to be easy wheelchair accessibility to accomodate our daughter that lives with us. Meagan found a listing and right away contacted us and she viewed the house & measured doorways and followed our requests and we ended up putting in an offer on the property and our offer was the one chosen. Thanks to Meagan who knew what we were looking for by listening to us describe our needs. She met our daughter while we were there on holidays and this created a strong bond & need for her to find us a home. We couldn't of made a better choice than Meagan, we would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a home Meagan is very professional and friendly you won't be disapointed with her services.
