This is my first experience with buying a home and I was glad to have a realtor like melanie Brady she guided us threw the process with ease that I have recommended her 5 times since we purchased our home

Melanie was ALWAYS available for home tours. Melanie’s responsiveness was incredible. If she was busy, she would always call back within 5 minutes. She helped me find my dream home, and was able to sell my place for a much higher amount, than what other Realtors were wanting to list it for. Would highly recommend Melanie, to anyone looking to sell or purchase.

Melanie helped us sell our home. She was friendly and professional. She was able to list our property within a few days and did an excellent job of marketing. Melanie did everything she said she would do without issue. I found her knowledgeable not just about our area but about what the best course of action was at any given moment during the process. I would recommend her and I would use her again for any future home transactions.

While preparing my home “for sale by owner”I received a call from a realtor who requested to view my property. During the viewing the realtor mentioned to me that there were very few properties for sale in the area and that if I didn’t mind she would send her client to view my property without any obligation to me. The next day they showed up but unfortunately my house didn’t suit their needs. Two days later another couple showed up for a viewing and mentioned that they were referred by the same realtor. Unfortunately they needed more bedrooms. Two weeks had past without much luck trying to sell the house on my own. Ut was time to call a realtor that I knew would do her best and sell my house. Melanie is the BEST realtor ever!!!!! She's very protective of her clients and very caring. We were from out of province and didn't know a lot about buying our first house in Alberta. She guided us throughout the whole process and also kept up with our mortgage broker for us. SO HELPFUL! We really appreciate eve you've done for us Melanie. Thank you so much for our first home. :)
