If we have to sum up Mel in one word, then it would be 'Amazing'. She is great at what she does. Great knowledge of the market. She isn't afraid to challenge you on some decisions based on listings that we think suit us (but actually don't). She actively listens to criticism or positives from each listing view and recommends another one based on that. And best of all she is very patient and willing to help in situations that are nothing to do with the purchase, especially in our case when we were stuck with closing on our property for sale. Would we recommend her? If you are buying\selling in the Ottawa region, don't look further. She is the realtor you need!
