Very happy to work with Melanie, She's very organized and professional. She helped us find a home while being far away from the city. From the many different properties that we saw, she was very patient with us and she represented us as if she was part of the family. We enjoyed the entire process she made us feel cared, comfortable and hopeful in finding the house we wanted. We are grateful for the amazing work and strongly recommend her.

Melanie was extremely helpful and accomodating; after consulting with us about our needs she quickly identified several suitable properties. Melanie was flexible in working to our availability, and enabled us to see multiple properties as we were coming from out of town. Melanie has been very responsive throughout. I'd highly recommend her to anyone looking for an Ottawa based real estate agent.
