Michele Cummins is an OUTSTANDING REALTOR in every sense of the word. Smart, committed, extremely knowledgeable, positive and honest. We would only use Michele for any real estate transaction.

When we decided to sell our house in Mission, we googled top realtors. Michele was one of the 3 realtors we contacted. Right from the start, she provided a phenomenal package. After a few discussions with top 3 realtors we were considering, the choice became clear. We chose Michele Cummins. We are out of town owners and Michele took care of everything. To say she offered a full service brokerage is an understatement. She had a professional 5 minute video and pictures of our house within a week and we went with a strategy where our house hit the market, but we would not look at offers for a week. This would allow for a multiple offer situation. The strategy worked for us as we had an offer in 7 days with a backup offer 3 days later. As we were out of town owners, Michele really took care of everything including professional carpet cleaning and arranging for small deficiencies to get taken care of. We literally did not set foot in the house from the time we listed with her to the time it sold.
