Michele Cummins and her team of pros assisted us with selling our house starting in August. From the very start, we know it would be a very difficult property to sell. We went into it knowing show would take the reigns and offer her professional opinion to assist all our decisions. We were blown away be the level of service that was given. We even felt a little bad about how much was done to market our poor little house. She was bold and confident in dealing with offers making us feel great about our decision and driving the price up on our sale! During our new purchase, she worked hard and played every angle to keep or offers clear of intruding offers and did everything in her power to make sure we secured our property. Her demos on new properties were fun and efficient and gave us her opinion on the neighborhoods, value and comfort of each house. Her staff jumped to action within minutes of requests for nearly anything. no matter what time our crazy whims might have needed information, we were blessed with an answer before we expected it.
