This is the second condo Mike has sold for us in the past year. He promptly returned call if we need to communicate with him. He is a professional realtor with many years of experience and in our case our second condo needed to be sold as quickly as possible possibly due to illness. Mike went out of his way to expedite the paperwork once it was sold which was really appreciated . We would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone if they needed a trustworthy hard working realtor.
