Nancy is an exceptional agent. She goes out of her way at all times to accommodate everyone. Nancy was always very prompt at getting back to me when there was correspondence from the other party or answers to any questions I had. She knew the answer to almost every question I asked her, but if she didn't know she found someone who did right away and got back to me extremely fast. Nancy is always wonderful, patient, kind, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. If I am ever in need of a realtor in the future I will always ask Nancy. I very highly recommend her.

My real estate agent Nancy, was very patient in helping me find the home, that I’am living in today. I say patient because it took a year to find the right home/location; being close to my work/hospital, schools, playgrounds & recreational areas, was high on my list of needs. I also needed a home to be able to entertain/visit with my large family of five married children & 12 grandchildren; very important for me! Nancy was very knowledgeable re: paperwork timelines. In trying to purchase the home, there were some ups & downs with the financials but she did an excellent job negotiating with the buyers or I would not have been able to buy the home. I recommended Nancy to my daughter Janice, to put her home on the market, 1-2 weeks the house was sold! Nancy is knowledgeable, reliable & professional!
