My real estate agent Nancy, was very patient in helping me find the home, that I’am living in today. I say patient because it took a year to find the right home/location; being close to my work/hospital, schools, playgrounds & recreational areas, was high on my list of needs. I also needed a home to be able to entertain/visit with my large family of five married children & 12 grandchildren; very important for me! Nancy was very knowledgeable re: paperwork timelines. In trying to purchase the home, there were some ups & downs with the financials but she did an excellent job negotiating with the buyers or I would not have been able to buy the home. I recommended Nancy to my daughter Janice, to put her home on the market, 1-2 weeks the house was sold! Nancy is knowledgeable, reliable & professional!

Nancy was very responsive and at all times attentive to our needs. Nothing seemed too much for Nancy to ensure our satisfaction. We would most certainly use her again and would not hesitate to recommend Nancy to anyone looking to buy or sell property.
