We bought a new house and sold our existing house with Nancy and it was a pleasure to work with her! We chose Nancy because we were impressed by her personable nature , experience, many awards, and the advanced skill certifications that she has. She has a great personality! Nancy is an outstanding communicator. She was very attuned to our interests and exactly what we were looking for and ensured that we achieved that. She maintained close contact with us and was very responsive to our needs. Nancy is an accomplished, very experienced real estate broker. She is a master negotiator. Her acumen was evident with pricing our home, and helping us search, and negotiating with the seller of our new house and the buyer of our existing house. We were able to get above asking for our house! We are very pleased with the price we paid for our new house, which was significantly lower than asking!
