<p>Nas was incredibly helpful throughout the home buying experience. He is trustworthy, honest, and found us a house we fell in love and negotiated a great price. I have recommended Nas to all of my personal friends and family if they set out to buy a house.</p>

<p>He was very helpful in finding properties within my requirements (locations, style, neighborhood, price range, etc.) and even when I found some properties and sent them to him, he would apply the same rules in order for us not to waste time on properties that I would likely not like. He would also point out some aspects of the neighborhood or the house or the potential resell value that I did not factor in my selections.</p>

<p>Nas is a motivated and enthusiastic agent. He listed our home and helped us buy a new one. He made a complex and complicated process much less stressful. Nas responded to questions and concerns in a timely manner and provided a great deal of support throughout the process. He always made us feel like our experience was valuable and we were important clients for him. Nas sold our home in very little time and had tons of patience when we viewed many places, and some more than one time. He offered valid and honest suggestions and feedback, both in buying and selling. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family and would not hesitate to contact him in the future for our real estate needs.</p>

<p>With talking to people about their experiences when purchasing a home I was warned about realtors who are quick or use pressure to make a sale. At no time did I feel this pressure from Nas. I felt a hundred percent of the time that Nas was working for us and only us, looking out for our needs and interests. <p><br />My Husband and I just moved to Nova Scotia from the B.C Nas was very helpful with all of our questions from safe communities to live all the way to heating and sewage systems.</p> <p>Neither my Husband or I felt pressured at any point to buy a house. Nas made us feel the opposite- he told us the more houses we look at the more he(Nas) will know what we are looking for and the more we will know what we want.</p> <p>Nas also recommended a mortgage broker, lawyer, homeowners insurance, and the house inspector. We went with a few of his recommendations and wish we went with them all. We were very pleased with house nice, professional and fast to respond they all were.<br />Nas also took the time to let us know about all the fees when buying a house.
