<p>I have moved a lot and so have interacted with many realtors. I would recommend Nas to anyone and have done so already. You will not be disappointed in his professionalism and personality.</p>

He knows the ins and outs of the businesses, and will work tirelessly to meet your needs! <p>Nas is incredible. He suggested we offer less than we planned even though this would mean less commission for him. After a deal was struck, he kept in touch, getting things done for us. He offered to get maid services to come in to give quotes. He recommended Carlos Purcell at RBC Insurance, saving us a ton of money. During final inspection he went through the house thoroughly, checking every cabinet, faucet, window etc. He gave us housewarming gifts. Amazing. Don't know how he makes a profit.</p>

<p>Naz and his helper, Danielle, were fantastic to deal with. They know their stuff and I was confident that they would getter sold! When I asked a question, usually by text, they would respond within 30 minutes - most times within 5-10 minutes. Naz called me 3 times since it was listed in January and it is the middle of April and it is sold. Danielle provided weekly updates by email so that we all knew the status of the property. The emails also included data on how many online views for all the websites that it was advertised on.</p> <p>This is by far the best experience I've had so far selling a home and I would hire them if I was you.</p>
