Natasha exceeded all my expectations. My home had been on the market three weeks previous to hiring Natasha. There had only been a total of 5 showings and no offers, which was unusual in a hot market. I was beginning to believe what I was being told by that agent that “the house was too unusual and would take time to sell.” However, we only had a short timeline and were not prepared to wait. Instead, I interviewed a few realtors and hired Natasha because she was the only one excited about the house and could see the gem for what it was. She appreciated the design and the details that went into pulling it together. She quickly had it staged and prepared a video that highlighted the house’s best features. Within a day of putting it back on the market, there were five showings! The second day there were four showings and two offers, one that I gladly accepted. I will be forever grateful to Natasha for her insight, her professionalism and positive demeanour, that instilled confidence in me to follow her lead.

We were pleased to work with Natasha buying a house together for the first time. The Regina market is tough for buyers right now, but Natasha didn't give up on us finding a home. She was encouraging and we finally found the right one for us. Could not have gone through this very stressful process without her knowledge, connections, professionalism, and expertise.

We had only ever heard great stuff about Natasha from family and friends who had used her as their realtor. Our 1st call was to her when we decided to sell. Our hour house is a mid-century modern 3 level split. When she saw our house she just “got it”! She was super enthusiastic about showing it. She knew exactly how she would market our house. We decided, on the spot, that she was the one to go with. When Natasha met with us to start the selling process we were amazed at the pre-planning that she had already done to present to us. She came across as being in complete control of how things would proceed. Following Natasha’s suggestions we were able to quickly get the house ready to sell. She was always available to answer any questions we had throughout the entire process. After the photographer took the photos for the listing, the house went up for sale the next day , exactly a week from our initial meeting. After 2 1/2 days being listed the house sold over our asking price. We are thrilled with the whole process and super grateful to her for her hard work and we would highly recommend her to anyone who is thinking of selling. You’re the BEST Natasha!

Natasha was proactive in watching our neighbourhood and actively pursuing our listing. She was knowledgeable about the market and had recently sold similiar types of homes so could hit the ground running. Natasha came prepared with a good marketing and sales plan and her pricing strategy resulted in a bidding war. She was a tough negotiator and a good advisor to us about next steps and how to choose the best offer. We appreciated Natasha going the extra steps when preparing the house for showing, and was in regular contact so we always knew what was happening. She was an engaged, knowledgable negotiator and we were confident she always represented our best interests.
