He was very efficient and quick to answer any questions we had. He worked very fast and shared his opinions, he went above and beyond our expectations in buying our first home. <p>Since we reside in Kamloops and our potential property was located in Trail, Nathan had to keep in touch with us by phone or email. He was able to make arrangements on our behalf to let the inspector and the appraiser into the house. He made some suggestions regarding price and area. He took us to all of the residential areas of Trail and area and made provided much advise regarding areas for access to shopping, garages, outdoor activities in the areas. Overall, he was excellent.</p>
