Nathan was beside us every step of the way. This was a complex negotiation and he knew when to lean in and when to pull back. We quickly arrived at a place where we trusted his counsel and we are happy we did. We ended up acquiring our dream property which we had initially believed would be out of reach

<p>Since we reside in Kamloops and our potential property was located in Trail, Nathan had to keep in touch with us by phone or email. He was able to make arrangements on our behalf to let the inspector and the appraiser into the house. He made some suggestions regarding price and area. He took us to all of the residential areas of Trail and area and made provided much advise regarding areas for access to shopping, garages, outdoor activities in the areas. Overall, he was excellent.</p>

He made sure to schedule viewing at my convenience and helped to much of the work with inspections and collecting information from the city and utilities providers. He offered good advice during negotiations and ensured that I got the best deal possible from the sellers.</p>
