Working with Nicola was a great pleasure she was always there to answer questions at any time and give us guidance on any process that we were unsure of. Her and her team made selling our house and buying a new home wonderful process and helped us manage distress that come along with doing both at the same time. We survived the winter / spring of 2021!! This real estate season was insane! Houses would list in the morning and sell by lunchtime. Nichola and I viewed so many houses and dealt with at least 3 (lost count) bidding wars and never once did she lose patience or get frustrated. Her advice was invaluable and she helped me find the perfect home. Strongly suggest working with her in the future for an absolutely no surprises experience.
