I really enjoyed working with Nichola. She was friendly, aggressive & very knowledgeable in her work. She was referred to me by my lawyer (which was always a good sign right off the bat). She was pre-informed about me on how I am a single guy, 50 years old, fun & friendly but I am absent minded at times, and a bit of a procrastinator. Basically, I needed prodding and urging here & there. She was perfect. She would do exactly that but in the nicest non aggressive manner. I was really appreciative of that. In the end, she got my house sold a lot faster than I expected. Especially in this time of COVID and the economy. Nichola was the realtor I needed. I will be calling her again when I’m ready to build or buy. Thanks Nichola.

Nichola was so great to work with ! This was our first time selling and purchasing a new home together and we couldn't have asked for a better realtor to help us with it all every step of the way. She was extremely knowledgable, professional, and organized, always keeping us in the loop with absolutely every tiny change / detail throughout the process. We got along with her so well on a personal level as she is just so passionate about everything she does, while keeping all of your priorities at the front of her mind. We really had such an amazing experience through all the ups and downs with Nichola by our side!!

Nichola was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend her services to friends, family, or anyone who is looking to buying a house! We were working with a tight time frame, but she was on the ball and constantly updating us. Not only was she very professional, but Nichola also proved to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. We ended up going a bit over budget, but we were able to find our stunning new home within a few short weeks.

Nichola was the absolute best realtor I could have hoped for. I've never purchased a house before so my expectation was high. Nichola and her team CRUSHED that expectation and delivered a personalized home buying experience that I could never have even thought was true. 5.0 on this review just doesn't seem high enough for the thought and care that she gave to me and my buying process. Although stressful...as all home buying is... She mad sure it was fun, fulfilling, educational, happy, and successful. Nichola, I can't thank you enough for everything you have done for me!!

Nicola.,is the kind of realtor I was hoping to get, she came highly recommended I turned out to be so professional, she knew the areas I was potentially looking for. Nicola found EXACTLY what I was looking for out of so many listings, she nailed the perfect place for me. Nicola knew all the shops around and I am so close to everything I could need or want and even a Tim Horton's , she is a fantastic negotiator and got me a good price below my budget which left me free to make renovations , I absolutely love my home!!! I could ask Nicola about anything and if the answer was not right then it was within minutes :) This lady has enabled me to make the change in my life into a Luxurious Condo and saw the process beyond closing to which she also recommended a lawyer for the closing. I could not have asked for a smoother transition. THANK YOU AGAIN NICOLA !! !!!

<p>Nichola is a very knowledgeable realtor and went out of her way to make the experience of buying a home in Edmonton an easy one. She did an amazing job in negotiating the sale and I feel she was really working for me in every aspect. Even once I purchased my home she was there to help me with any issue that arose.
