My wife and I were both very overwhelmed with thinking about the process of selling our house, looking for houses and buying. We initially planned to interview several realtors to ensure we made an informed decision. But this process became very short lived after our first realtor interview with Nichola. My wife and I connected instantly with Nichola and we could tell very quickly Nichola was the realtor for us. Her track record was very impressive and we could tell she was knowledgeable and understood the marketplace. Nichola was insightful helping us prepare our house for photos. The technology she used to take the photos and develop a virtual tour video were key factors to having several viewings in the first week and getting an offer within a couple hours of being on the market. Nichola’s app that she designed made looking for a house a very fun process. The app was helpful with being able to see listings that met our criteria and schedule viewings. I was impressed with how quickly Nichola was able to determine if the house we were viewing was going to be a good or bad house and she would list the pros and cons after each viewing. Nichola was always honest and patient with us while looking at houses. My wife and I never felt pressured by Nichola to purchase a place until we knew we found the one. Nichola quickly understood what we were looking for in a house resulting in a enjoyable house viewing process. Nichola was able to answer any questions that we had and she was always responsive whenever we wanted to go look at a new listing. We will be recommending Nichola to our family, friends and colleagues.

It was a wonderful experience to work with Nichola to sell our rental property. When prepping for the sale, she had open communication and was realistic about the market conditions, she had a concrete plan for marketing, and she was well-versed in areas for us to spend and not spend money in to prep our property. Throughout the sale process, she had excellent communication about every step and was able to take away a lot of the stress that comes with selling a property. I was also impressed with her negotiation skills as we were able to get a fair value for our property, and she sold our property very quickly (which was amazing considering the current market).
