Nichola was amazing to work with during every step of our new home purchase and home sale. She was knowledgeable, extremely dedicated and hard working and a pleasure to communicate and shop with. Nichola provided us with excellent advice, helping us to negotiate both a lower purchase price for our new home and a higher sale price for our existing home. We would enthusiastically recommend Nichola to anyone shopping for or selling a home,

We came to Nichola by word-of-mouth referral (like most of her clients), and bought our first home together with her assistance. With Nichola, there was never any pressure. Due to her experience, she addressed our needs pre-emptively and let us know what to look out for. It was clear she knows what she is doing. She was prepared for each meeting, knows her way around all the necessary paperwork, and knows what questions to ask. She made the process easy, even in a precarious market in the middle of a pandemic. Nichola was nice, friendly, and accommodating; on one occasion when she could not make it, she sent a colleague in her place and immediately followed up. Nichola has good rapport with other realtors, which helps in managing expectations, as well as and gives her a leg up in the negotiating process. She even has a relationship and referral process for other associated professionals if needed (i.e. mortgage brokers, lawyers, etc.), so her help really extends beyond her job. We are very happy in our new home thanks to Nichola!

Nichola was friendly, polite, kind, and SO helpful. As first time home buyers, we needed significant guidance and support through the process of looking, offering, purchasing, and soon moving. She has been an absolute delight to work with, and makes herself available to support with everything we needed along the way. We can't recommend Nichola enough. Thanks for everything!

Nichola strives to be the best real estate agent in Alberta by providing first-class customer service. From first contact to post move-in, Nichola went out of her way to make us feel valued. Although she is very busy, we felt like her only client because of how attentive she was to us. I appreciated how quick she was to respond to our emails and phone calls, her sincere interest in our satisfaction and her authenticity in communicating with us. It was fun to look at houses with her. As first-time home buyers, my husband and I were very nervous about making rookie mistakes. Nichola understood this and took the time to ensure we were making informed decisions. She is a SHARK negotiator and extremely detail oriented when writing contracts. Because she was thorough in writing the contract, the owners were held legally accountable for their claims about the property. Without her, negotiations with the owners would have broken down and turned ugly very quickly. Nichola can handle the emotional circumstances that often accompany buying and selling homes. Use of technology was an unexpected bonus in Nichola’s business approach. She uses an app to manage and track the process. It reduced common communication errors because everyone knew where and when to meet. If Nichola could clone herself as a social worker & lawyer in addition to being a real estate agent, I am sure the world would be a better place. I have only good things to say about Nichola and endorse her without hesitation.

Made buying a house simple and fun, her knowledge of the areas and what you are realling paying for is outstanding. And the fact that she is looking at the place for any flaws and is not shy about telling you is refreshing. If I ever buy or sell I am using nichola.
