We had interviewed a handful of other realtors and didn’t have a good connection with any of them. We saw Nichola’s For Sale in our neighbourhood with a SOLD sign not too long after it went up. We met Nichola at our house and she was very professional, explaining the selling process in detail, including the market valuation and her exceptional marketing strategies elevated by mastermind groups. She also told us about a document I had to sign that no other realtors we interviewed ever made us aware of. We were sold on her, so there was no doubt she could sell our house! Not to mention our dog liked her and he doesn’t like many people at first. During the selling process Nichola’s communication was impeccable, which was made even easier via her app! She guided us through the negotiation process with potential buyers and sold our house in 11 days! The buyers requested a possession date that was 5 months out, which worked with our timeline. Then COVID hit and put us all through something we had never experienced. The buyers were having money issues and were not very responsive even after we tried to work something out with them. Nichola kept reaching out on our behalf, and she was constantly updating and guiding us with her expertise every step of the way. It all worked itself out in the end, but without her it would have been nightmare! We highly recommend Nichola to anyone looking to put their house on the market!

It was great working with Nichola again, she has handled two purchases with us now. Nichola is experienced and professional, always answers her phone and if not she gets back to you right away. She is always eager to help, whatever the topic may be. And if she doesn’t know the answer, she will put you in touch with an expert in her circle who does! A great agent to have in your corner if your going in on a multi offer deal! We will definitely work with Nichola in the future.

I was worried about selling my condo in this market, but Nichola gave me the confidence that if the unit was priced correctly, that she would sell it. And she did!! And at a price that I was extremely happy with. I was watching other similar condos sell and other condos drop their price substantially and I was getting nervous about mine, but Nichola was able to calm my nerves and tell me that we were priced right, and that she would find the right buyer. She was able to answer all my questions along the way and ensure my experience was positive the entire time. I was really impressed with the way she staged my condo, she left branded notes around the home letting the people know all the positives and perks about the condo, I really think that helped letting people know about the condo, the building, and the neighborhood. Also, for my listing she had the condo digitally staged for the photos, and that really helped with making my listing more noticeable. Her personalized App also made getting feedback from showings really easy, and kind of fun actually. It was a very impressive App. Nichola is the only Realtor for me moving forward, buying or selling. She was knowledgeable, patient and friendly. Nichola was amazing to work with on the sale of our home! She truly went above and beyond any expectations that we had through the entire process, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. She provided a thorough market analysis for houses listed that were similar to ours and gave us a very educated recommendation on what to list our house at. Once we agreed upon that, she set us up with a very helpful list of tasks to get the house ready for photos and showings, which we think really helped with the sale of the home - Nichola also set up professional photos and house measurements to ensure the listing was properly displayed for buyers. Once we had an offer, Nichola worked closely with us with to explain the steps for negotiating sale price, the steps for condition removal, and offered educated recommendations for how we should proceed with all the choices we faced. She also worked closely with our buyer's agent to ensure both parties were on the same page through the entire sale . All of the steps she took really impressed us and we couldn't be happier with how things went!
