<p>Nichola is awesome! We have purchased/sold one house previously so kind of knew what to expect, or so we thought. Nichola blew us away with her thoroughness and frequent communications. It started when we first met up – she reviewed our property and gave us a list of easy cost-conscious fixes that we could do if we wanted our property to show well and sell more easily. When we signed the listing agreement she went through everything with a fine-tooth comb, explaining every detail. Once listed she provided us with feedback from every showing that attended our property, which gave us the information we needed to decide if we wanted to make any price adjustments. Once we received an offer she really helped us navigate the negotiation process, providing us with a clear understanding of our options at each step in the process, and had a solution-oriented approach that we really appreciated.<br /> In the past we felt like we “had” to sell through a realtor – it was just part of the process for good or for bad. With Nichola it felt like a pleasure to have her on our team. We received exceptional service – everything Nichola did was above and beyond our expectations and was certainly not like any other Realtor experience we have had in the past. With Nichola it was clear from the start what we could expect from her – which was nothing short of awesome – and her work ethic exceeded our expectations.
