<p>Nichola is a rock star of her industry. From her app to keep me up to date with my sale process to the marketing of my house, everything was awesome! She was a pleasure to do business with and made a process headache free. She took the time to explain the process of the sale and any question I had she answered no matter the time of day. She is driven to please her clients and is a step above anyone else I have had to deal with. Most importantly she was honest and straightforward. Everything she said she would do she did and she went the extra mile in every aspect of my sale. I wish more professionals in the industry would strive to give the customer experience as well as she did. I will be recommending Nichola to everyone and anyone looking for a fantastic home buying or selling experience.</p>

She got us exactly what we wanted and $2300 more than what we wanted so for the selling part but prior we did get 2 other serious buyers that gave less and we accepted but couldn't get financing so in those 2 cases if it went good we would of got less so we just managed to get a better offer on third attempt and it happened to work out being more wich is good of course. The only downfall we could of expected more was better communication as she doesn't get in contact with you right away and said on one time she'd call back in 20 min and it ended up being over 2 hours and we didn't like that. So now the condition we had on our house was with new buyers to find a house over the weekend giving us 3 days to find a house we managed to find one but we wish she could of showed us the houses instead of her realtor friend. She took the weekend off. So now we ended up pick By s house being so rushed and when she was back she ended up doing the negotiating for us on it and said it was only worth 342000 invthat neighbourhood but we ended up paying $345000 for it so on the buying part we lost but she did manage to get the pergola and freeze fridge for us. She also said she had the best inspector wich ended up being not a good experience as he missed some very bad electrical and the tap on the outside wich leaks bad inbetween the walls when turned on. I won't mention his company as he emailed me a full return cause we weren't happy with the inspection and now have to use our title insurance finding out the last 2 levels of our 4level split weren't permitted so now we gotta destroy half the house. One other thing we weren't happy with was she knew we I wanted to be there for the house inspection and she said he would be 4 hours doing it from 3 to 7. I was off work at 5 and she texts me saying he's all done and by the time we got their the inspector was gone so we had to take her advice he did a good job. She said it went perfect it's a great house to buy. She knew I wrote a previous review and tried to get me to change it so I emailed rank my agent to remove it cause she seemed sincere. She got a hold of me on email and I did say she is to blame to as she recommended her inspector that was so good. I said if title insurance doesn't cover this there would be legal action taken. 5 min later I get a email inspector giving me a full refund. I know she phoned him asap about it. She said she was on my side and I thought she was sincere. I took her review off accepted the inspectors refund and we made up as I so thought. She had a get together for all her clients for a dinner thing 2 days later including us and I asked through text if we still could come and she never texted back and I know she got the message cause it said read on my iPhone. I thought she was sincere and now I know she only cares about herself and her reviews. We won't be using her ever again.</p>

I give her a 2.5 star out of 5. She got us what we wanted for our house but when it came to purchasing the next house we are left with a mess. She recommended us her inspector Hanson Inspections and it was all done before I even got to the house after work and he was gone. She knew I wanted to be there for it. I took her word it was a great housecand she said there is nothing wrong with it. It's a 4 level split and the last 2 levels we found out where never permitted and the electrical is an absolute fire hazard. I hired an Electrition and he said that inspectors machine they check plugs with should of caught how the one plug my Electrition fixed wasn't grounded properly. My Electriction said the they used the wrong junction boxes wires to short and screwed in the wrong way possibly sparking a fire. Not to mention we turn the outside tap on we got water coming in between the walls cause the so called best inspector checked all that too. He should of ran a pressure test the idiot. So now we are left going through our title insurance wich we hope to hell they cover this. She was nice looked professional but we hire these people cause we trust they know their jobs and now because someone wasn't during their job we are left to deal with this house we now own. So I'll leave it like that you decide if you want to use these people or not but being nice and professional doesn't always mean people do their job right wich is costing big money to repair our house.

<p>I would like to start by saying that Nichola is fabulous!</p> <p>Let’s be honest, Johnathan and I were a hard sell. I cared about the home, he cared about the land. He would make Nichola show up places one hour away from the city and complain it’s too far. I would nitpick balance and symmetry in the most beautiful homes, and John would be outside in the bushes somewhere lost. We were NEVER on time and cancelled last minute, and requested last minute showings, we know what a headache that is.</p> <p>The amazing part… Is Nichola kept a positive, fun, happy attitude the entire time.</p> <p>It was always Nichola’s pleasure to help, and she did her very best to accommodate both our tastes, wants, and needs. She was professional, educated, and prompt. I didn’t see her as a Realtor at all, more like a trusted friend that had our backs the whole way through.</p> <p>The true testament to Nichola’s experience is when she knew the home we were getting before we had decided. I remember Nichola told me it’s like a wedding dress… that we will just “know”… Well she sure did! And Nichola was a huge part in the pieces of having all my dreams come true. She fought for us during negotiations and I felt that she truly cared for us. I truly can’t express our gratitude.</p> <p>Then to top it off, Nichola got us a beautiful and delicious goody basket, and another gift that was way over above and beyond. I can’t express my appreciation enough.</p> <p>Nichola is an amazing Realtor and person. I would and will recommend her to everyone. For anyone looking for a home, condo, upsizing or downsizing, do yourself and call Nichola!</p>
