Nichola was both informative and patient through the process of listing my parents' home. They had never been through a sale before and I was assisting from B.C. Nichola was able to keep us all involved in the process from start to finish by utilizing zoom meetings and group calls. She went through everything slowly and made sure that my we all understood the contracts. She was given the listing during Covid-19 which added another obstacle she had to work around. During a very stressful time, my Parents immediately felt comfortable with Nichola and we would highly recommend her.

My boyfriend and I know Nichola on a personal level and we couldn't be happier that we chose her to help us on our journey to find the perfect house! Nichola, is very accommodating, professional, knowledgeable, and tells it like it is so you do not have unrealistic expectations, and overall provides excellent services. Based on other reviews, I selected Nichola as my realtor to help me buy my first home and it turned out to be a brilliant decision. My experience has been exceptionally positive every step of the way. Nichola’s work ethic and expertise are so, so valuable. She is a great communicator, always easy to contact, and has kept me updated at all times. With this being my first time through the process, I have had a ton of questions along the way. Nichola has patiently and thoroughly answered them all or if she doesn’t have a complete answer herself, she will get in touch with someone who does. Thanks to the search she set up for me, I was able to identify my future home the day that it appeared on the market. And thanks to Nichola’s skills as a negotiator, we struck a deal that I was extremely happy with just a couple days later. You can tell that she takes a lot of pride in her services and always has the client’s interests in mind. Having her on my side has made the whole process smoother than I could have imagined. I can’t recommend her strongly enough.
