Needed a new family home and Michael found it! Nichola and Michael make a great team, they took great care of us and worked with our tight timeline. My Partner works away and they involved him via video tours etc.

This is the second time I have used Nichola to help me sell my current home in Starling, Edmonton and buy a new one. So we did 4 transactions total. She is a true rockstar! And her husband is too! They are both so responsive, friendly, but also can be fierce when they need to be. We needed to sell our big home in a new area, we wanted more of family older community with trees, they found us exaclty what we wanted and made the move easy. We hit a few snags due to items out of our and Nichola's control, but she always had a solution! It was another smooth move and we are very happy! All my friends and family use Nichola and Michael.

Nichola was amazing at analyzing our needs for a home, even when we didn't know what we needed, she was able to ask the right questions to find out what we wanted. Her knowledge of real estate is truly impressive and once we found a home Nichola was able to guide us step by step through everything we needed to do, we got updates on timelines, emails, easy-to-understand document signing and uploading and if we ever had a question Nichola was right there to give us a detailed answer. Not only is she an amazing realtor but she knows all the other amazing people that you might need for things like home inspections or contractors and can put you in contact with them. Throughout this process we never felt on our own, Nichola was always a quick text message away. If I ever have to sell or buy a home again there is no other realtor that I would call, Nichola is simply the best, a true one-stop shop for all your home needs.

As a first-time homebuyer Nichola and her team made the experience of purchasing a home so welcoming and stress free. Their communication and knowledge on homes in Edmonton were top tier.
