As a young first time homebuyer I had many questions about the homebuying process and felt lost as it can be very daunting. I am glad I chose Nichola & her team to be help me through it. She is extremely knowledgeable about the market and will take her time to understand your needs. She will adapt to your situation and make it work! She won't not hesitate to let you know when something is not a good deal or a property is not for you. She will look after you. I got the pleasure of working with Michael as well. They both compliment each other and together make a killer team. Even after the deal is done they always make sure they are there for you. I truly felt like I had friends all along helping me through the process, which made it feel a lot easier. If you're looking to buy a property in Edmonton Nichola & her team are the way to go. I will be working with them for all future real estate needs.

Used Nichola and Michael to sell our current home and move to our dream home. We have two young kids with a third on the way and we needed a low stress sale. Nichola got us multiple offers right away, when the deal died, she did not call with bad news, she called us to tell us - yes, our deal has died but she has another offer ready for us! This was a life saver, it was bad news, but she had good news to go with it. The second offer went through and went quickly! This gave us the ability to buy our dream home in Riverbend. We have never been happier and will use Nichola and Mike forever!
