Norm is absolutely amazing! He helped us find our first home in Burnaby. He helps you out in everyway possible. He is very knowledge in local area, so he can give you the historical background of a property and any issues or good things about the property. He was very patient with us and understood our property needs and constraints that we had. He was not pushy, and was able to adjust to our reasons of making/not making an offer. He worked hard and worked in our favour to reduce the price of the property. Excellent in communication! you can ask any questions, and he will help you out and quickly. He even helped us with things like inspection, mort gage, insurance. His recommendations were all very good as well. All in all, we are very happy with Norm as our property agent.
