Olesiya was a great agent. She gave us listings that are below as well as above our budget to so we can consider all aspect and decide on what's best for us. She was very upfront about our chances given that we are new immigrants and helped us work on requirements that we need in order to secure the deal. She would not pressure us to sign with a landlord unless we're very sure. She would give us time to think about our decision after showing us the different apartment. I would definitely recommend her to my friends.

Amazing experience working with Olesiya. People comment about someone going that extra mile, My wife and I feel that Olesiya did this so many times that we lost count. I thought selling and buying at the same time would be extremely stressful but working with Olesiya both my wife and myself felt very, very little stress. We were both very pleased with the selling and buying prices that were negotiated. We are moving out of the area that I have lived 99% of my life to another region. Olyesiya showed us places within a 50 km. radius of the area and price range that we wanted. There was not a single question or concern that Olyesiya could not answer for us. no pressure at all while looking and after some showings we found the perfect place for us. Olesiya is an amazing person and real estate agent. She is patient, diligent in her work and very trustworthy. She helped me and my girlfriend look for a place to rent and ultimately I used her services to rent my rental property. I will definitely reach out to her when looking to buy more properties. What makes her easy to work with is: always picks up her phone, not pushy, understands what your needs are and very in tune with the real estate market. Great experience
