She never mentioned nor sent us a listing which didn't fit into our criteria. She was always responsive and was very quick when we needed to see a property. She was responsive and kept helping us with a lot of small things even after we already closed the deal and moved and technically weren't her clients anymore. And all the little things like using Docusign for all the paperwork also played the role in a great, smooth and easy process.
