I appreciated his diligent and energetic approach and his prompt responses with any and all inquiries through the entire process. Pete was awesome to work with! As first time buyers, we knew next to nothing about the purchasing process, or the Calgary market (we moved from Ontario). Some people would find that stressful. Pete made it easy for us from the very first steps. He was always accessible and went out of his way to make sure all of our questions were answered thouroughly. He was always honest, and never made us feel pressured. We couldn't have asked for a more knowledgeable agent! He knows the city and the market extremely well. He also has an extensive network of connections to help you get the best services/competitive pricing for lawyers, insurance, mortgage brokers, inspections, etc. With Pete's guidance, we found and moved into our perfect home in less than two months. Pete helped us work within our budget and did an excellent job negotiating our purchase. We found Pete through this site, and would HIGHLY recommend his services! We will be using him again one day.

Selling my home was a very stressful time for me but Pete came in and guided me in a caring and helpful way. I was unsure how to sell my home and if I could buy another property. Pete was awesome to work with and made sure to account for all the pros and cons about purchasing a certain condo unit in different areas of the city. Pete made sure that the unit I purchased fit my needs and budget, and he would also talk me out of buying a bad unit which is why I really appreciate him (because it helped me avoid purchasing way overvalued properties). Pete is a no BS kind of person and if you want someone to find a place that meets your long term goals, I would highly recommend Pete to anyone because of his expertise and the amount of care he provides when working with his clients.

<p><br /> We were first time home buyers, and if you are too then I'm sure every friend and family member you have has a recommendation for a realtor. For whatever reason, none of the recommendations stood out to us and we ended up going with Pete after we met him at an open house in Braeside. Pete hit all the right notes from the start, making the process a pleasure throughout and now I'm writing this in the beautiful home we moved into about a month ago - definitely a better spot than we ever figured we'd manage with our budget. Going forward I'll be the friend or family member pushing for people to use my realtor, and if they're smart I think they will.</p>

Pete has really been amazing to work with. He really helped us prep our home so it was show home ready for the sale (which i thought was impossible with 2 kids!!). Once it sold he helped us look for a new home - I loved that he explained the differences between neighbourhoods, helped us narrow down what we liked and didn't stop until we found the perfect home. Pete was always patient, answered a million questions and always made time for us. When it came time to buy he negotiated to get us a great deal - we had confidence in his experience and expertise. I would recommend Pete without a doubt for both selling or buying a property - you will be in excellent hands.
