Pete made our first time home buying experience easy. He was easily able to assess what we were looking for in an investment property and bring forward searches that fit our wants and needs. He gave great recommendations along the way for the required third party services which really streamlined the process. I would recommend Pete to my friends and family and gladly use him again for future purchases.

Peter helped us to buy a place for my mom to live in, from a distance. From the start, he was an utter and complete professional, and perfectly able to balance and understand the different pressures, preferences, considerations and interests of my mom and I in taking on a property together. He exercised good judgement, was completely honest and frank with us at every step of the way, including admitting when he had been wrong in his initial take and revising and learning from it. He is the best kind of realtor - willing to tell us why properties we thought would work for us were in fact less than we would expect or want, not driving us to make quick decisions that were not the right decisions for our circumstances. He was willing to truly hear us, rather than be so set in his own ways and expectations. He learned about us and with us through the process as our expectations and desires changed. He always made time for us, and never encroached on us unduly. He kept us on time, on budget and helped us find a great place. Best of all, the experience hasn't ended there, as he still offers contacts and resources that assist us as we are getting the new place established and set up. I hihgly recommend Peter for anyone, but particularly someone like me, who has alot on their plate but needs to find the right place to meet many needs!
