<p>This is now the third time we have worked with Pete and once again we couldn't be happier. He listed our home in Mount Pleasant and recommended a price that actually exceeded what we were hoping for and we received multiple offers and sold on the first day! The whole process had to be planned as we had not purchased a home yet and didn't want to get stuck. We found a place in Cochrane and we went to multiple offer on that purchase and Pete got us that house which was amazing. Easy to work with and just an all around good guy. We have already recommended Pete to our friends and they have had the same results. I would not hesitate to recommend Pete to anyone.</p>

<p>Peter helped us buy our first house. He was honest about the process, knowledgable about the market and easy to work with. It look a little while for us to find what we were looking for and Peter was very patient. He was easy to get a hold of and always responded in a timely matter. Peter also has good contacts in the industry that made closing a breeze. Overall, I would definitely recommend Peter.</p>

<p>Pete sold one of my rental properties in Thorncliffe a couple of years ago and I was really happy with how he handled everything. Im not the easiest guy to work with most of the time and Pete always had a way to deal with all the things that happened. Really good at explaining the never ending paperwork and he managed to find a buyer from an open house. He handled everything on the buyers side too and we had a few problems when the new guy took possession and Pete just took care of it. Made life easy.</p>

<p>We were fortunate to have Pete as our realtor during the lengthy hunt and purchase of our new home. He was consistently objective and honest at our viewings, and was patient and supportive as we narrowed down our criteria.
