This is the second time I have used Phil as my realtor. Phil is fantastic! He always gets back to me very quickly and is always available for any questions I have. He got me two places in a very high demanding market and his negotiation skills are excellent. He is professional and friendly and I would recommend him to anyone.

Another great sale! This is our third sale and third purchase using Phil as our Agent and we couldn't be happier with the service he provides. Again, Phil had great suggestions and advice for us, and we were able to sell our townhouse on Monday after having an Open House on Saturday and Sunday. One of Phil’s strengths is market analysis, reviewing past sales and current prices and determining the very best asking price. We had multiple offers and we got our asking price and with very favourable terms. Phil also had a great marketing plan and everything including pictures and video was done in a few days! I could not have asked for a better experience for buying my first home, Kyle and Phil went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything that was going on while the deal took place. To be honest I, like many others was a little intimated at the idea of buying my first home and had a lot of questions, Kyle was there to answer all of them and make the process enjoyable.
