Phil LeGree came into my sister and I's life in a time of need. Our father had recently passed away and we were looking to sell our childhood home that was left to us. Phil handled every interaction with genuine care and sensitivity towards the circumstances. From the start, we knew we were in good, capable hands. Phil was extremely knowledgeable and had all the local comparables ready for us upon our first meeting, to help guide us through an informed decision with putting the house on the market. Once we determined a selling price, it was go time for Phil and he did what he's great at. Advertise, negotiate, and negotiate some more. Our goals were to sell the house for more than we hoped for, and at the same time - quickly. That was all achieved because Phil had our best interests at heart every step of the way. We met Phil at an open house when we had just started looking for a place to live but before we were looking for a realtor. He was so knowledgeable, smart and personable that we asked him to represent us. After working with him through the entire buying process, I would say, Phil is, hands down, the best!
