I really wanted to find a nice one bedroom apartment in West Vancouver. I did not want it to be a co-op. Phil narrowed things down for me, took me to selective listings and there was no pressure to make a quick choice. He was respectful of my wishes and listened to what I truly needed. The surprise was that he found me a lovely, renovated apartment with a view to the water. It was just perfect for my needs and I couldn't wait to move in. Phil LeGree recently sold our condo and we had such a great experience and wanted to share it! Really great communication and very respectful and understanding about the stress of selling. He gave helpful advice and was professional and went above and beyond to get professional photos done, offering tips on getting the condo ready for sale, advertising on social media and spreading the word to his contacts. I would say he made this process very smooth for us. The most impressive is his negotiation skills. He is a highly effective negotiator and skillfully managed the counter offer process and got us the best price possible in this current market.
