What started as a casual conversation about real estate my husband and I had with Phillip at church one day ended up with us unexpectedly listing our house!!! It was a great time to downsize/right size as empty nesters. 6 weeks later, in April 2021, we experience real estate history. The "coming soon" posted on Monday for a Saturday open house and he immediately had inquiries blowing up his phone and email. Within an hour - we had an offer for $25k over asking, sight unseen. So, we had to do an open house ASAP as potential buyers were flying back home from out of state. That very Wednesday, we packed up the animals and headed out while Phillip had 23 interested parties tour our home. The next morning, Phillip presented us with 10 official offers to review. The offer we chose was $68k over asking. By the time we were to have the open house on that Saturday, we actually sold our house and had our offer accepted for our new home! Our offer to purchase our new home beat out over 20 other offers. Let's just say the stars and moon were more than aligned. Now the transactions had some bumps along the way. A big concern was getting out of a contract where the home we first wanted to purchase had unlimited issues that were only revealed when we completed the home inspection. I was flustered but Phillip handled the scenario like the pro he is! We've know Phillip over 15 years! He is very dedicated to his clients and their success. I've recommended him to several others that need help maneuvering this volatile market. I realize these are not typical transactions. We've bought and sold real estate multiple times. Phillipe made getting the most money possible from our sale. Beyond our expectations. Thanks Phillip!

Phillip was very patient with us throughout the home buying process. He entertained every single house that we wanted to look at and made sure to be very up front with the specs of each home. He reassured me when things got super stressful. I would definitely recommend!
