Princess helped me purchase my very first home. She went to open house with me every week for over 1.5 months and we viewed 20+ units. I was impressed by Princess's great taste and expertise in real estate. Unlike most of the real estate agents I met before who are pushy and trying to make a deal asap, Princess will consider the client's need and the market value for the unit and tell the client if it's not worth the investment. I'm very happy with the result, and would recommend Princess to everyone who's looking to purchase a place in Vancouver :)

This is not the first time I have worked with Princess, for the fourth time, and yes, it's been 12 years. I found her from a forum and, like many others, was very unsure at first, would she seriously help me? Was she professional enough? Would she be able to help me from my standpoint? All these doubts gradually dissipated in the process of dealing with her. She listens carefully to my demands, knows what I want, takes the client's goals as her own, and strives to move towards them. She doesn't follow blindly either and gives me reasonable advice based on the reality of situation. Every time I bought or sold the property, it was a pleasant and soothing experience. I'm a picky customer and more consistent with my own idea, but she was still able to help me buy the property I want and sell the property at an ideal price. She never forces or pushes me to make any decisions, and I feel so lucky to have found her as my agent at the beginning, and we've been friends for many years now. We will work together again next, no matter what the current housing market is like, I'm sure she can help me reach my ultimate goal. It was a great experience working with Princess. She is professional, trustworthy, knowledgable and very responsive as well. We are non-resident of Canada therefore we could not be physically there during the process of our property’s sale but she handled everything well remotely. We really appreciate her professionalism.
