I am so thankful I found Rachel abd David on rankmyagent.com. Rachel and her husband make an excellent team. I looked at so many reviews on different agents on this site, and found their reviews to be so detailed with such wonderful things being said. I have absolutely no regrets choosing them! They did not disappoint!! It felt like team work between Rachel and I when it came to staging our home. Her and her husband came to meet my husband and I and went through our entire house, each room at a time to discuss opportunities for improvement and qualities it had for the sale. They got to know us as people and established a great connection from the beginning. That really helped my husband and I put all our trust and our home in their hands. They really know their stuff! They have constant eyes on the real-estate market on the daily so that they can better strategize a marketing plan and listing price to ensure great success on the sale. She helped us establish the right timing to put the house up for sale and it worked out perfectly. Our house sold $130k over listing price and sold on the day we planned to take offers. Rachel is super friendly, knowledgeable and answered most of our questions before we even asked. the idea of selling our home was a bit stressful to say the least, but Rachel was calm, and made it super easy. She kept us informed daily on how the showings were going and any feedback she received. She also has a great eye and helped us present out home in the best possible light for perspective new owners.
