My spouse and I bought the second house we viewed with Rach and Dave, but our relatively short experience with them was very smooth. This was our first time buying a house. They walked us through everything we needed to do for our purchase on the real-estate side, and worked wonderfully with our mortgage broker and lawyer to secure our financing. I would definitely work with them again and recommend them to others.
