Rachel was a huge asset in helping me find a new home. Even before I left B.C. to move permanently to Waterloo, Ontario, she phoned and emailed me regularly to see how things were going with my travel plans and the selling of my old home. She also kept me up to date with the listings that I was as yet unable to see in person. On my second day of arriving—our first day of looking!—she showed me the perfect condo at an incredibly discounted price! I bought it on the spot! She and her husband Dave guided me through the rest of the month before the closing date. As a newcomer, I completely trusted Rachel and felt she knew exactly the place and the community I was looking for. I highly recommend Rachel Paquette!

I could not recommend Rachel enough for any real estate needs you may have. I came across her profile online and randomly reached out to her and a couple of other agents but only Rachel had it in her to make me feel comfortable selling my first condo in Waterloo. I wasn't aware of the process and had been in the wrong hands during the purchase of this condo but Rachel was always there every step of the way and never gave up even tho at times I got fed up waiting for the right price in this sluggish condo market. She always reassured me and would talk to me and get me all the answers and info I needed to feel comfortable during this process. There are plenty of realtors out there but if you need a realtor that puts your interest and needs first Rachel is the one!
